Since 1933, Bialetti has been bringing people together over a pot of coffee. The aluminium moka pot features a bottom chamber for the water. Once set on the stove, the water boils, producing steam that then pushes the coffee through the filter. When you hear the gurgle, the coffee is ready to go. Want to make it like the Italians do? Set the moka pot over a low flame to let the flavour of the beans shine.
